Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

    Join us for Valentine's Day dinner at Merriman's Maui! We are offering a 3 course prix fixe menu at $150 per person. All of our tables offer stunning ocean views. Tables will be seated from front to back, so we recommend booking our 4pm seating if your table location is very important to you. Location requests cannot be guaranteed. We will hold a table for you for 15 minutes past the reservation time. We ask that you limit your experience with us to 2 hours as a courtesy to the people waiting to be seated. If your plans should change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a $150 no show fee.

      A must go to when in Maui. One of the best restaurants in Maui if not the best. Service, atmosphere, food all a 10, you will not be disappointed.

      Would recommend several other restaurants for the price of this. VERY Expensive and the steak special you can get at less than half the cost at several other places on the island. Ambiance and sunset on point is incredible, but Food experience was disappointing.

      One of the best dining experiences we had on Maui! Our server, Mike, was top notch. I told him about my gluten sensitivity and he went above and beyond to let me know what was safe to eat and modifications that could be made. The food and service were above expectations, highly recommend!

      As always… great food and great service. We had a fabulous waiter and the macadamia encrusted Mahi Mahi was to die for. Gotta have the chocolate purse for dessert. We live all the Merriman’s restaurant’s but this is our favorite.., our kids got married here 5 years ago. Special place♥️

      Overall I would only recommend this place for the views of the ocean. I would only go there and maybe get a drink. The food was very low quality ingredients and really small portions with nothing special about it. It was pretty commercial with a hefty price tag.

      My new favorite place to eat on the island. My husband and I ate here for my birthday. They gave me a menu that said “Happy Birthday” which was a great touch.Beautiful view. Delicious food. We had dessert and coffee after dinner, which was also incredible. Our waiter was great. They had a woman singing who sounded just like Jewel. I enjoyed every minute of it. I will come back next time I visit the island.

      Our waitress at our table was outstanding. Some of the best service we’ve had in a long time. We didn’t catch her name but if we had I’d send a note to the restaurant and manager to give kudos. The food had so much flavor and was also right on price point for the quality and atmosphere you send within among others enjoying the dining experience. Wonderful musician the night we went as well. Thank you for another nice experience.
