Mesa Grill Sedona is a southwest style grill serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily as well as Brunch on the weekends. Our menu features numerous classics such as Eggs Benedict & Huevos Ranchers for breakfast, Carolina Pulled Pork Barbecue, Shrimp & Grits and Salmon Asada are some lunch-time favorites as well as Fish & Chips, St. Louis style Pork Ribs, hand-cut Steak & fresh Seafood for dinner. We feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices and offer a Doggie Menu for our furry friends which are welcome on our enclosed patio. We have a full bar and feature some amazing signature cocktails, local beers on tap and a fabulous selection of wines from around the world, all surrounded by the beautiful red rock of Sedona. There is an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and a cocktail or do some amazing star gazing after dinner. Reservation Encouraged for all meal periods.

A special menu was available, plus a Thanksgiving meal offer. We went with the regular menu and each had something different. The food was excellent. Prices were very reasonable and our great grandson had a wonderful time watching the planes. Perfect day!

Weather was great and we got a good spot since we made reservations months in advance. So glad we did. Music was a tad loud but good music so fun. They need to update the patio tables and chairs but otherwise it was special and tasty!! Thank you Mesa for making our thanksgiving just right❤️

Beautiful scenery all around with the mountains and it’s fun watching the planes taking off and landing. We had a great waiter. He suggested a couple of items on the menu which were great. We enjoyed the entire experience. After we ate we left our car in the parking lot and did the mesa loop hike.

                                                                                                        We had a lovely time for our 1st visit to the Mesa Grill. We're still talking about the tableside guac! Service was excellent- friendly & good timing and food was yummy. Didn't realize we wouldn't be able to see sunset while dining which we had planned around. Next time I'd watch sunset & then go to dinner. Great experience overall.

                                                                                                        We had lunch reservations on the patio for three adults plus our 2 small dogs. The food was delicious and service was very attentive. The special menu for the dogs was a nice touch. As the vegetarian of our group, allergic to both corn and gluten, I was perfectly happy with the vegetarian club sandwich. Others in our party enjoyed the fish and chips and half rack of ribs, respectively. The dogs shared an order of stew. Our corner table offered a perfect view of the airport runway and red rocks of Sedona. Just a short drive up the hill, away from the crowds in downtown Sedona, we'll definitely plan to dine here again.

The remoulade sauce had a nice bite to it and the fish was cooked perfectly. I had the veggie club sandwich-excellent flavors. Highly recommend.
