Great start, prompt, friendly service. Food tasty, but small portions. It went downhill when we had finished eating and wanted to order desserts, drinks: there was no-one around. When two servers did appear, they studiously ignored us, refused to 'catch my eye'. After even more waiting, I had to approach one of them to ask for pots of tea. More waiting! After sitting down at 12.30, we left at 3pm-having had one course and a cup of tea! So disappointing.
