Got the chicken tacos, the chicken tasted like tuna, the worst tacos I’ve ever had, hardly any flavour. The lemon lime and bitters I got was undrinkable. Table was sticky like it hadn’t been wiped down properly. Extremely unimpressed, especially with how much I paid for everything

Amazing service, delicious food, yummy margis and such a cool vibe. I love this place! Definitely recommend the banquet and drinks package.

What a wonderful experience dining at Mexicali bar, even though we were the oldest couple there by a long way ! The staff were helpful and friendly and the ambience was excellent with everyone obviously enjoying themselves immensely. We will certainly be recommending it to our fun loving friends !

I have eaten at Mexicali a few times before and have been really happy with the overall experience. Unfortunately on Saturday we found the service very slow which was probably due to a couple of big bookings and the cocktails very inconsistent. I took my first cocktail back as it was very sour and ordered the same one as my daughter in its replacement, which was entirely different in taste. Overall, it was a little disappointing.
