   Overall experience was very good. I prefer their old location for atmosphere but I think they did a very good job of decorating their space at the current location. The food was very good. Only negative was that my Fiancé’s filet came out overcooked but the staff was quick to respond with a replacement steak that was cooked to the desired temperature.

   Everyone enjoyed the food, the service needed work. Started out fine, but long delays between table touches. I never was asked about a refill on my soda and I did ask for a refill on my watef with dessert, which never came. Server seemed to be more about showing off the prime rib special to other tables than taking care of them after the initial order.

   Unfortunately the soup watered down Lasagna rubbery Salad over dressed Manager great Server Ava fantastic transparent concerned and genuine about our poor experience

   Excellent meatballs and Alfredo, I had wine at the bar and at dinner , I liked the Malbec over the cab. Everything was wonderful. Great evening and plan to go back soon.

   It took our server 10 minutes to come to the table. He took our orders and our food was out in maybe 10 minutes, which is a huge red flag. Server forgot our appetizer, and got one of the entrées wrong. The manager was very nice, but she brought out a lukewarm replacement dish in 5 minutes. Our server only came around one more time to ask if we wanted more drinks, saying nothing about the food. Food was bland, and I would assume not cooked to order, probably just prepped at the beginning of the night. Very disappointing, as the old location was my favorite restaurant in Erie. It’s easy to see that the quality has gone far downhill since they moved to the mall.

   Our meal was great and they may have installed new sound deadening dividers as it seemed quieter that before. It was not ever noisy but the sounds does appear more muted. Olivia was our waitress and she may have been new, but she was very good. Overall we had a great experience.

   Very disappointing. Portion sizes were small. I had one small pounded piece of chicken on my dinner. Once we got home we realized that we were charged as if we used a credit card when we paid cash. We used our fine dining card which didn’t allow us to order steaks. I think all the other restaurants allow you to get steaks. Kinda the reason they are “fine dining “ cards.

   Love MiScuzi! We were grateful to have Christian for our visit and he was super! The food was very good, hot and tasty. Will definitely be back….one of my favorite restaurants

   This was our first dinner at Mi Scuzi. We went in with high expectations since a lot of our friends enjoy this restaurant. First and foremost, the food was fantastic! Great selections on the menu for meals and drinks. However, this delicious meal was tainted due to the lack of service. 10 to 15 minutes to get drinks, then a full hour before our food arrived. A nice romantic date night without the kids consisted of us having to almost shout across the table to hear one another. The staff was wonderful and kept apologizing, but it just wasn't what we had hoped for. We will be back to try again, hopefully on a less busy evening.

    First time at the new location. We had a fantastic server he was awesome! However the food did not taste how I remember, I was disappointed. It tasted almost like what you’d expect at a franchise. I had higher expectations for the food. It was plated differently as well that didn’t make sense to me. Beautiful restaurant though the design made sense. Not sure if I’ll be back for the food though.
