你好, welcome to the Mandarin!

Established in 1961, this traditional and authentic Cantonese restaurant in Blackpool town centre has been extending a warm oriental welcome to customers for 64 years!

Choose from a mouth-watering selection of delicious dishes including Mrs Wan’s dumplings, made from her own recipe, Szechuan chilli beef, Nasi Goreng and oriental fruit salad with lychee. We are very proud that every dish and every sauce is made in house, because we care about our food.


The belief that every meal shared should be special is why this restaurant takes time to carefully select and prepare the freshest Chinese dishes, adding just three extra ingredients - quality, experience and time.

Our core belief is that we are a local restaurant, open year round for local residents and visitors to the resort alike. We"ve worked for many years with our local suppliers to continue to bring you the best experience of Chinese food in Blackpool.

    This restaurant was on my to go to list for a long time. The food was amazing and exceeded my expectations though I expected it to be good. With great service by the most fabulous waiters and waitress we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a great experience

    We had bbq ribs and the squid to start then both had the wonton noodle soup - the flavours were incredible and the portion sizes so generous! Thankfully we were provided with takeaway boxes so we can enjoy the soup again tomorrow! Lovely team, thank you so much for a tasty evening.

    Excellent food and service, the hot and sour soup was the best we have ever tasted,we had 5 different main dishes and all were really good, fyi there is a10% service on the bill .

    As always the Mandarin always delivers. The only place to go in Blackpool for a special occasion. Love the staff and the food is outstanding

    We visit Michael Wan’s Mandarin everyone we come to come to Blackpool and have never been disappointed. The staff are SUPERB, food excellent and is a 10/10 every time
