   We had a few hiccups during the night, the staff were quick to fix the issues and made it right. We would definitely go there again!

   Steaks were kinda tough and not as good as usual. Service was very slow. Broccoli was cold. Mashed potato’s were excellent. Asked for steak sauce and ice water. Never got the steak sauce, finally got water with very little ice. I’ve been here many times. This was very disappointing.

   Our waitress was phenomenal. The chopped salad with apples and bleu cheese was great and the bourbon pecan pie with cinnamon ice cream was to die for. My steak was not cooked correctly and my crab cake was burned on the bottom.

   Kirby's at Windstar is difficult to get reservations for more than 4 people.  The hostess ended up having to set us @ Mickey Mantle not what I had planned on. Reservations at this location need improvement.

   If you are expecting a nice steak house dining experience, this is not that. Quality of food was that of what you might expect to receive on a buffet. Bartender was incapable of making standard bar drinks, old fashioned was awful

   Food was fabulous as always, however, service was a bit lacking which is unusual. Still would recommend Kirby’s at Winstar highly.

   The food was amazing. I had the Pan Seared Sea Bass and it was fantastic along with the lobster risotto. My husband had the Redfish and he said it was amazing as well. Everything was cooked perfect. The only thing lacking was the service. Our waiter was not good at all. We had to ask for a Pepsi to be refilled 4 times before he finally got around to it. Actually, we had to ask on numerous occasions for our water and/or tea to be refilled, but the Pepsi was the took the cake with having to ask 4 times. But other than the bad service, the food was top notch.
