   Nine of us celebrated my wife’s birthday and we had a blast. The room had a great vibe, loud enough to feel the energy but we could all hear each other. Niko crushed it, made delicious recommendations from cocktails to appetizers and mains. The octopus was totally awesome and the carne asada was simply prepared and delicious. Three hours went by in a flash and we loved the candled churros to sing happy birthday. A great night! Thank you to the team we’ll be back!

   The food was fantastic!!! Server was great. My only complain which can’t be controlled was how loud it was. Having to almost yell at my wife to have a conversation was annoying. Over all it was a great birthday dinner.

   Very disappointed with everything. We had reservations and still had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated. Server was nice, however due to the restaurant overbooking and hosting large groups , she was unable to provide good service. It took 20 minutes to even order drinks or dinner. We’ve enjoyed this restaurant in the past, although do not plan on returning.

   Mijo is a really cool spot for Mexican food. Food is delicious. Great atmosphere. Will go here when I’m in the Southwest part of Vegas

   No one in my party had a cocktail but their cocktail menu was larger than their food menu and a few items on it looked really delicious. We started with guacamole for the chips and it was creamy and delicious. The chips came out warmed up and were nice and salty. Everything we had was really good: carne asada tacos, braised short rib enchiladas, spicy shrimp ceviche, tortilla soup (more tomato based than chicken broth based) and the grilled asparagus (HIGHLY recommend!) Overall price point is more than I think any Mexican food ever should be but for a special occasion it was worth it. Wouldn't be my every Friday night go to.
