   Extremely slow. Food was not hot. Cancelled a drink it took too long. Had to wait almost 20 mins for our bill.

   our waitress was very good, very attentive. Thanks. It was my Mom's birthday, and they brought her dessert, very nice touch.

   not alot of people there when we arrived and seated quickly. She advised us of the name of our waitress, but took i believe over several minutes (5 to7+) for her come over to start with us. . no issues at the start and food came quickly. the shrimp app. was good. Prices were reasonable, but i would not have paid more.. To be honest vs. the Keg., Milestone prices are pretty reasonable. However two of our 5 meals were not great for taste. 1. Korean chicken sandwich was to be glazed only, but came swamped with the Korean sauce. very very messy and my son had to get rid of the bun to just eat the chicken. he mentioned the sauce tasted very bad as well. we wanted to return the item, but he did not want to make a scene. 2. I ordered the Tuscan Sausage Gnocchi - which was far to spicy and a bit more pasta ) than i thought should be there. maybe the two items do not work together. i could not eat part of the dish. 3. beer glass had an uneven bottom. had to pour beer into water glasses to avoid it falling over. seriously, bar did not see this? waitress took the glass back. Waitress was very nice, but came over 1 or 2 too many times to check on us.. it was my wifes 60th, so I guess i expected a bit more. I try to be fair when i review

   What a disappointment!! 3 out of 4 meals were cold. The server was great and brought our plates straight to the kitchen… the issue is that they pit our plates in an oven… my coleslaw was boiling and so was my ketchup!!! My fries were toasted from the grill. The manager came over and kept asking what i wanted. He apologized but didn’t offer much. We had to explain the I wasn’t planning on paying for my meal. He offered to give me a meal to go?!? If I wanted a meal to go I would have ordered through skip!! He gave me $50 discount but I didn’t eat other than the half rack rib. He didn’t acknowledge that the other meals had also been warmed up. I mean.. warmed up steaks?!? Classy. Seriously. You order surf and turf and it comes out cold …so let’s throw it in the over …on the same plate?!? Brutal.

   We were being brought over to a booth table and the person said “Oh there’s someone already there” and he sat us at a small table that he had to clean so he made us stand in the open and wait. It could barely fit our drinks and was in the middle of the room where everyone was watching us very awkwardly. We told our waitress about what happened and she happily offered to talk to the manger to move us to a different spot. The food was very good and made up for the experience we had.

   Meal was really good, Caesar salads to start very yummy, 7ounce sirloin with mashed and veggies. Cooked properly, would order again.

    Food took 45 minutes. Steaks were tough and overcooked and lacked seasoning, chicken sandwich was drenched with sauce, restaurant was not willing to offer a half rack of ribs, vegetables were bland and undercooked, and the fries were only lukewarm. Felt like the food sat at the pass for too long. All around disappointing.
