   With the number of people in the restaurant, they had spaced out the seating arrangement so there was a nice sound level around us. The server was great and the food was excellent. Enjoyed the time with friends and had a great experience at Milestones Kelowna.

   Sat in an area with no other customers. There were 10 tables around us that were empty. That was really nice. Service was terrible. It was like we had be forgotten about several times. Got our appt before our water or drinks. They thought we had ordered our mains and were surprised when we told them we hadn’t. Had to ask for the bill long after we had finished our dessert. It was very disappointing.

   This was the 5th year my 17-year-old grandson chose to celebrate his birthday at Milestones. It also is his favorite eating spot between birthdays and other special occasions. Great endorsement from a normal, healthy, active and athletic teenager. Over the years it is also a family favorite spot to dine out.

   We had a wonderful dinner on Valentine’s Day. Our waitress Lily was amazing and the food was fantastic.

   We made an early booking for 4:30 pm so we would have the option for Happy Hour. We got taken out to the patio which did NOT have the ambiance that we expected when choosing this restaurant. The booking app did not give me an option for in or out so we were very surprised to be taken to the patio. We asked to move and the manager made it quite clear they were going to be very busy. We new there were several empty tables on our way through the restaurant so we asked why we can't just swap with someone who hasn't shown up yet. She did eventually find us a table inside and we were grateful for that, but she made us feel like we really inconvenienced her. She even said, "I'll have to see how long you can stay at this table". It didn't end up being an issue, just gave us a less-than-valued customer feel. Then I asked for the drink specials and all she told me about was the full bottle of wine. Nothing was mentioned about Happy Hour. Even the waiter didn't mention Happy Hour when I asked for specials on drinks. So weird! I eventually found it on the menu myself. Food ended up being good. Service felt chaotic (even to get refills on pop). No offer made for dessert (a missed opportunity). Perhaps our experience was off because they were getting ready for the Valentines rush.

   All good except the seating out on the closed in summer patio. We did book late for a table on Valentine’s Day so our fault, but the table wobbly and we were a little rushed due to the 90min seating limit.

   Our server Chantelle was excellent and knowledgeable, her recommendations were on point! Our appys were excellent, I had the shirt ribs and my wife had the tuna...dinner was cooked perfectly and so delicious!! I had the steak and my wife had the salmon. They ran out of the wine my wife was having and comped us dessert. Bonnie the manager went over and above to make our Valentine's dinner memorable! We enjoyed Bonnie's sense of humor! We will definitely be back! Thank you Milestones in Kelowna!
