   The food was very good but the noise level was almost unbearable. I felt like I was yelling the whole time we were there.

   This store by far is the worst I've experienced we drove over two hours to the Colonial Heights Virginia outside of Petersburg. Although we reserved seating thinking it would be busy because of Saturday night there was a very many customers we waited to be seated for at least 15 minutes the fountain drinks were flat we ordered waffles and chicken breasts and one of the chicken breasts seems like it was cutting half the crab cake sandwich needed to be cooked longer and the cheese cake peach cobbler was was awful this cost me approximately $65 and I'm still trying to figure out why

   I was familiar with Milk and Honey in the Maryland area, so I was super excited when I heard they had a location near Richmond! The food was delicious! I had the Salmon hash,which came with a nice size piece of salmon on top! Great atmosphere. Do get there early to make sure you can get a table without waiting! Definitely will be back!

   This is a nice restaurant but they staff needs help. More hostesses several people walked out of the door because it took too long for them to be seated. The manager was struggling she had no idea of how to run a busy restaurant. When we finally got seated we got no silverware or water only menus no drink menus. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and we ordered a side of bacon that came to the table at the end of our meal. The food wasn’t bad but service was bad and as I said there needs to be a manager with experience and this place is in desperate need of leadership and structure. I’m a chef been a chef for 20 years and I run a restaurant here in Richmond so this was my experience. Sadly my family and I will not be returning to Milk and Honey.

   I’ve had another location before, but I was really excited about eating here being that it’s now so close to home. The food was overall good, it met my expectations. However our waitress needed more training. She was very forgetful/clueless. There were also some discrepancies with the menu and pricing. Be sure to review your checks before leaving because they will slap items on your bill that you didn’t receive!! I would rate this location 7/10

   food choices a little limited but what they serve is quite good- thumbs up on the chicken and waffles (go with the wings) - French toast was banging and had a nice crispy edge to it. They really should upgrade to real maple syrup, IMHO. Blackened salmon blt was also very tasty. a bit loud and chaotic as crowd grew but comfortable enough.

   Fabulous! From the Service, Ambience and Food! OMG the Food! Sweet potato waffles and 3 gorgeous tasty perfection chicken wings fried! Egg Vegetable scramble! Gracious the portions! The perfection of the taste in this hidden Colonial Heights gem! No matter the distance just go just go and eat for yourself!! The menu is so delectable a decision is difficult but whatever you choose the portion will be large and delicious!
