   The food was decent. The service was terrible. We sat at a table for 15 min and never once did a server come by. We finally moved ourselves to the bar where the bartender took our order and served us.

   I was delighted to try Milk & Honey on my last day of vacation. So glad that I did! The food was delicious and the service was fast. A nice, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back when I visit the DMV.

   This restaurant was a vibe. Being from Delaware, it was our first experience and we had an excellent brunch! One of the servers Kevin who wasn't assigned to our table provided excellent service as well as our server Bailey! Darell made our experience pleasant and Mehrez provided top tier customer service. We definitely will return when we visit DC again.

   Disappointed by the experience despite the hype I was really looking forward to trying Milk & Honey at The Wharf, but unfortunately, my lunch visit was underwhelming. The prices felt steep for what was offered, and things went downhill when I found a long hair in my steak and eggs dish. Mistakes happen, but it took an additional 20 minutes to get a replacement, which was frustrating—especially during lunch. The staff was polite, but the overall experience just didn’t match the price or the expectations. I hope my visit was just an off day, but I’m not sure I’d return anytime soon.

   Service was slow especially for a half full restaurant. Our server (TiAndra T) was unfocused. We asked for water at least 5 times with her coming to our table without water. The breaks between checking on our tables was long and there was no change in the quality of service even after we spoke with a manager. I assume that the business is doing so well that they do not care if they lose a customer here or there. If I return it would because the Gumbo is delicious, but it would not be because of the service. It appears that the staff needs training.

   I really enjoyed my dining experience at this Wharf location. Everything was delicious from the lavazza milk and honey latte to the salmon and grits with a side of bacon. My husband had the French toast which was also amazing. We were both stuffed but also tried the signature milk and honey biscuits. The cinnamon butter was the perfect combination for them. They melted in our mouths. The service was great. The whole vibe was just superb!

    I dined here last night with friends and we had a nice time. Andrea, our waitress, was awesome. Very polite and accommodating. There was a mixup with one of my friends' bills, and she graciously and quickly resolved it. I ordered a side of red beans & rice, and they were too salty for me. The manager offered to take them off my bill despite me not asking. That's great customer service. Anticipating what the customer may want. I enjoyed my entree of grits with whiting and catfish as well as the biscuits. I'm still thinking about those biscuits. They were so good! I will definitely be back!
