The team behind Millie’s is passionate about pizza, both the coal-fired and the Neapolitan styles. Thanks to “dueling ovens”, pies from both varieties are offered. Inspired by childhood visits to Totonno’s, the legendary Coney Island pizzeria, the coal oven burns over 650+ degrees and can produce pies in five minutes. The signature Millie’s pie combines sautéed tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and a sprinkling of parmesan. The Neapolitan wood oven, hand-built by Italy’s celebrated Ferrara family, and imported from Naples, cooks pizzas, such as the Margherita, in just 90 seconds thanks to the intense 800+ degree heat.

Evoking memories of bountiful “Sunday Suppers” where families gathered around the table to share recipes passed down from generation to generation, Millie’s Old World Meatballs & Pizza is bringing that same convivial feeling of a close knit Italian family to everyone.

    Everything was Phenomenal, Friendly atmosphere!! The staff all came over and made sure you continued to have fresh clean plates, Utensils. From the GM to the waiters & waitress and even the busboys all worked together to make it so pleasant and nice for everyone dining there. I believe other establishments should tske notes from them because this was my second time there and i got to tell you this is the BEST place to go to on Staten Island

    No more prix fixe menu was a disappointment. Took a long time before someone came over, but the food was delicious and the server was very nice.

    The server was not very attentive to us And she only had one other table.. Would have had a few more drinks.. Our main course came out in a span of over 5 minutes.. mine you it was 3 entree’s No the most professional server.. Noise level is a bit loud for a restaurant that was 30% occupied..

    Great food great service priced right. Every dish ordered was excellent. The calamari was perfect. Eggplant was exactly like home made. Meatballs get a 10! Steaks ....10. If you want to go and have pizza of any kind there's a brick oven on site that is amazing Also has a nice bar with very friendly bartenders. Staff was great very attentive this is my favorite restaurant on Staten Island I would eat here five times a week if I could!

    Neighborhood pizza restaurant with a twist has some great dishes, like grilled oysters and a giant bar...but prizes are wild for a strip mall spot that has very inconsistent service and a loud and not cozy atmosphere
