   Every bite I had was immaculate. Starting with the fresh house-made focaccia with a delectable rosemary infused olive oil from Tuscany. I wanted to lick the lobster bisque bowl clean, it had a nice amount of lobster for the price paid. The scallops for the appetizer were cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. My partner tried fois gras for the first time and fell in love with the fous gras parfait, a must grab even if it’s just to be adventurous. For entrees we had the bucatini Nero and lamb chops. After seeing my partner do a happy dance from the first bite I didn’t hear a work spoken from him unless our server or a staff member came by to check in and refill our beverages, and that’s a hard feat to pull off. The wines recommended for pairing with the entrees were spot on as well! So glad I picked this place to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was truly a delicious and unforgettable experience. Gonna be back again for sure and excited to see what a new seasons brings to the menu

   Excellent Saturday Brunch with friends at the Bar…the staff is amazing…professional, knowledgeable and kind! Our bartender Kayla was a joy to share the Brunch experience with!! The food and various drinks were delicious!!!

   I’ve have stayed and eaten at many Four Seasons around the US and I have to say this hotels lobby bar and restaurant were mediocre at best. Drinks were pathetic and the food was just ok. Won’t be going back.

   Four Seasons never disappoints. We had one of the most amazing dinner night here at Mimo for both mine and my husband’s bdays. Everyone, hostess, waitress and server assistants including the restaurant manager welcomed us acknowledging our special events and we felt so taken care of that we were blown away! Shout out to the team at Mimo! Appetizers: A M A Z I N G bread and focaccia, charcuterie board also very good and nice to share for 2/4 people. My Bucatini with the squid ink were incredibly tasty and my husband’s risotto was the best one he’s ever had, the veal was melting in the mouth and it had in incredible taste. They surprised us with a birthday cake which we both loved so much, the texture was great! We ordered the tiramisu which was made table side and we loved seeing the girl making it, such a great experience. I apologize for not remembering the names of all the people who took care of us. I only remember the hostess Ashley, but I also want to mention Madison and her help to organize this special dinner. We’ll be back to Nashville and find again at Mimo (and hopefully stay at the hotel too!!) Noemi and Marvin

    Meal was not as good as past meals there. Wife’s fish was not good and strong fish smell Turkey dinner not as good and was looking forward to it. Staff seamed overwhelmed and not attentive. We will be back but not what we got in a meal experience as we did the previous time we ate there
