   We had an amazing night Last night, we revealed the best man and maid of Honour with the help of the Staff in Mimosa. They placed the boxes and bags so nicely on the table to help with the surprise. I honestly couldn’t thank them for their help enough. All around it was amazing night with amazing food and drinks.

   Such a great spot . The staff are friendly and always helpful, The service is great , Can't say enough about the place . Easy to read Menu , great selection and value for money but Id definitely emphasize the customer service, such lovely staff and so friendly. Thanks for the nice experience

   The food and ambiance was very nice but unfortunately the overall experience was not good. We were first seated in the wrong area as our table was confirmed for the Residence which we were looking forward to. When I found my friends seated in the wrong side on arrival (on tome), I highlighted the error but was defensively informed that seating was on a "first come first serve basis, but we will see what we can do" and then five minutes later " we have managed to organise a table for you in the Residency". A simple apology for the error would have sufficed. We found a hair in one of the tapas ordered which we immediately returned but received no follow up apology. It does not appear this was reported to management. We found another hair in a desert which we didn't bother to report. Food was served to the table but at no point did anyone come over to check whether everything was in general throughout the meal. We tipped 10% but to be honest was very disappointed.

   Thanks Caroline The lady who moved you to Residencia is the Barista - not usually on the floor but was helping me out as we were so busy ! she moved you on your request - Regarding. the hair . all the guys in the kitchen do not have blonde har or long hair at all . The floor staff all have their hair tied back & in a bun or plait - I am obsessed that this happens all the time . The hair is very upsetting as we have no-one on the floor with blonde hair so it's very concerning that you would find a hair at all - but a blonde one when we have no-one in the building working in Mimosa with blonde hair right now- so we assumed it was your guest who has long blonde hair - but took the dish off your bill & didn't approach the table to avoid embarrassing your guest who had the long blonde hair .
