They charged a very high 20% tip and they didn’t told me. Of course I left another 20%. I feel so scammed.

I’ve eaten here twice and both times I feel like I paid a lot for food that was just OK. The zafrrani rice was cold and tasted bad, we requested a hotter rice and it came out cold again. The milk cake was really dry. A lot of the dishes for the Valentine’s Day meal just didn’t quite stick the landing. Great cocktails, service, and ambiance though.

The ambience of the restaurant was wonderful. The low lightning set the stage for a nice experience. Our waiter was a bit too talkative and didn’t really allow us to say much. The appetizers stole the show! The flavors were incredible and everything worked well together. Mocktails were decent. The main dishes were also decent. Pork chop was a bit dry and the potatoes were under seasoned. The beef nihari had a lot of flavor but the beef felt a little under seasoned. The couscous was perfect and the peas in it were amazing. Did not have room for dessert but our waiter warned us against some of them which was a first in a restaurant experience.

Excellent special evening. I asked for an added couple of glasses of bubbles as we arrived and it was handled perfectly. Food was excellent with the great combo of familiar Indian flavors with a new twist added making each dish unique. Also vegan options were superb. Highly recommend.

The food was excellent, the ambiance was pleasant, and the noise level was minimal. Although the service was somewhat slow, the overall presentation was commendable.
