I came here in the 80s as a kid with my family on ski vacations and now again as an adult. It hasn't changed! (That's both a positive and negative). Great meats, basic country club salad bar, good appetizers and wine. Cook your own steak/seafood seems to dated but makes it fun! You can cook it healthier than a restaurant and will give your group plenty of interaction and fun chatting. Not fancy but expect to pay more than you'd Love to. Overall still Love this place.

Meat quality and service, especially our waitress, were excellent! The dessert, Minturn Tater, was out of this world! My only complaint is that the tables in the booths should be a little wider. Also, it would be great if there was a choice of regular butter or garlic butter for toast. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

If I’m paying to eat out, I don’t expect to be the one cooking my own meal at a crowded grill. With a group of eight, only half of us could cook at a time, so by the time one half was done, the other half was still stuck grilling. Meanwhile, our sides sat at the table getting cold. Oh, and don’t expect table service—you order at a counter, cook your own food, and then get hit with an automatic 20% gratuity for a waiter who basically just refills water. Overall this concept felt disorganized and not worth the price.

Always love coming here. Unique experience and kids always bring it up when we talk about past trips up the Mountain.

Always a great experience! We always use having guests in town as an excuse to visit our friends at MCC. The chef somehow never fails…

Cook your own steak place. Salad bar was fresh & steak was good. Restaurant itself is dingy.
