From chemical engineer to celebrated vintner, Mr. Graillot found a nook of the world to literally dig into and propel into the limelight. Previous to him, Crozes-Hermitage's Syrahs lived in the shadow of its tiny and elite neighbor, Hermitage. With the help from some friends of Burgundian wine prestige, he took long unattended vineyards and a quite under-attended winery to create a Syrah with far greater intrigue than thought possible from here. Deep with inky black fruits, savory spices wound all around them, and a broad but not domineering body - it's clear why the late Alain Graillot is enshrined in French wine history and why his sons now masterfully follow in his footsteps.

Got seated in the bar even though we made a reservation. The waiter was non existent the entire meal. Didn’t ever check in with us never even asked if we wanted more drinks. I have been to this restaurant before and it’s been okay but based on this experience I would say I might not go back.

The desserts are the best part. Would recommend going for a drink and dessert. Of the food, the salmon and avocado sushi roll was our favorite. We liked everything but were not blown away. Sommelier was excellent and knowledgeable.

Average sushi preparation, although the quality of the tuna in particular was very good. It’s probably fine for diners who are not well versed or experienced with sushi. The fundamentals were missing - unusual combinations of fish, flavors, and ingredients that didn’t really work. On par with some of the better grocery store sushi and not worth the expense.

My favorite restaurant in Chicago. Sashimi's color is so good looks very fresh. I like the mushroom rice smells good and taste good. I never regret to order the Yuzu desert in the end, it looks so beautiful like a rose, it is the best desert I have ever try, the sour favor of Yuzu neutralize the sweatiness, the cream is so smooth.

From the food and drinks, to the atmosphere and service everything was amazing! We had the grilled avocado, a few small plates, and 4 different sushi rolls. I’d come back again and again.
