   I think this was certainly fine-dining! The food was very good, but the service was quite poor. I sat at my table for roughly 10-12 minutes before being waited on, and that was with a reservation. (I was a party of 1). Others around me seemed to be in the same position. The food was good, although very expensive. Considering the cost, and the lack of good service, I likely will not be back again. I’m glad I went once though, if that makes any sense!

   Brandon Michael waited on us and he was marvelous! Very friendly, courteous, and helped us have a great leisurely lunch! Food was delicious and atmosphere was very relaxing!

   Mitchell’s ambiance was amazing! Jerry service was outstanding. The food was very good as well. My partner prefers more seasoning on his steak but the cut of steak he had was very tender! The lobster bites were so good with the sriracha aioli. The cocktails specifically the berry mule was the highlight. The mashed potatoes and chop house corn was tasty! Overall a great experience.

   Mediocre steakhouse. Everyone in our party had something different and we all said that our dishes were just okay at best. Tried multiple sides, salads, entrees and all were blah. Nothing had much flavor, everything was served lukewarm, the service was marginal (had to remind the waitress that we had ordered drinks multiple times), the hostess became unfriendly once we said we said that we would need a chair for a child.

   Had a poor experience this time. Our order was late, they were not prepared for the influx of people for Valentine’s Day weekend. In addition the messed up my order twice. They took care of it, but it was still poor.

   Visited Mitchells Steakhouse Polaris for Valentines Weekend in February of 2025. The hostess and wait staff where extremely friendly and accommodating to us. The food was excellent, fresh, and made to order. The Valentines Day Prix Fixe Menu was a great deal for 3 courses. They also offered a great selection of wines and cocktails.

   Mitchell's Steakhouse exceeded our expectations in every way possible. My husband declared that the steak he had was the best he's ever tasted, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. For me, trying risotto for the first time was a delightful experience - it was creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. The salads were fresh and crisp, complementing the meal perfectly, and the bread was extraordinary - hands down the best bread I've ever had at a restaurant. I also had the scallops, and they were amazing - tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The food at Mitchell's Steakhouse was not just good, it was overly amazing. Every bite was a testament to their culinary expertise. To top it all off, the cake we had at the end was incredible, the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience truly memorable. Highly recommend Mitchell's Steakhouse for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

    Server was the best, service was somewhat slow but I overlooked it based on it being Valentines Day and super busy.
