Momofuku Noodle Bar East Village serves a constantly changing roster of noodles, steamed breads, and daily dishes. We offer reservations and also accept walk-ins. Reservations open 14 days in advance at 10 am.

Noodle Bar offers three large format meals:
Fried Chicken Meal: Two whole fried chickens (southern-style and Korean-style) served with scallion pancakes, vegetables and sauces. Available for parties of 4 to 6 people at lunch & dinner. Look for "Fried Chicken" when reserving.

Fried Chicken & Caviar: Two chickens battered and fried whole, served with caviar, chive crepes, potato chips and sauces. Available for parties of 2 to 4 people at 5pm and 8pm. Look for "Caviar/Chicken" when reserving.

Whole Suckling Pig: Whole suckling pig platter with ssäm fixings, sausage & bean stew, rice and steamed buns. Available for parties of 6 to 8 people at 5pm everyday. Look for "Suckling Pig" when reserving.

    Join us for our first ever neighborhood collaboration series: East Village Noodle Nights. We're bringing together a few of our friends for three dinners that will each feature three courses of collaborative dishes created in partnership with our Noodle Bar culinary team.   First up in this series is Ho Foods. Expect brand new takes on Noodle Bar classics and unique, collaborative creations that will be served for one night only. This dinner event will take place on Tuesday, July 15th. $75 per person and includes a three-course dinner. Tax and gratuity are not included.

  • Fried Chicken & Osetra Caviar | DINNER ONLY

    Multiple dates available
    Two whole fried chickens, served with Platinum Osetra caviar and all the fixings. A celebratory Momofuku classic and one of David Chang’s favorite combos. Served with chive crepes, crème fraîche, white BBQ sauce, and potato chips. Serves 2–4. Dinner only at 8:00pm. $600, exclusive of any additional a la carte food or beverage, tax, or gratuity.

    The iconic Momofuku large format: two whole chickens, southern- and Korean-style, with all the sides.     Fried chicken dinner was outstanding. We've been going to Noodle Bar since it originally opened (in the space down the street), and it somehow continues to bring the goods every time we go

    I'm not from NYC. I ate at Momofuku on a trip here over 10 years ago and have been thinking about the ramen ever since. Momofuku is the gold standard I hold every other bowl of ramen to and nothing has come even close. I was blown away that it was just as good as I remembered! I can't wait till my next visit.

    Completely enjoyed the dining experience at Momofuku! I love the new additions to their menu and an expanded, thoughtful drink menu. Can't wait to come back to try the Spring Chicken!
