   Troy was amazing. He created custom cocktails to our liking, was prompt and incredibly hospitable. His recommendations were on point as well! Will definitely be back!

   From a JW Marriott standard, this was so subpar. Took 30 minutes to get a drink, after my first order was canceled because you had run out of an ingredient and didn’t tell your waiters that it had been 86’d. The risotto was actually one of the worst dishes I’ve tasted in a while. The seasoning wasn’t there and the little crunchy berries were such a strange juxtaposition to the cheesiness of the grains. I believe the worst thing is the lack of lighting in the room. It’s so dark and gloomy, I’m not sure what the vibe is supposed to be. I do want to note that whoever the red haired lady was that was a runner was not welcoming at all. When she came to fill up my glass for the first time, she just stared at me in an uncomfortable way. This was not an enjoyable experience at all.

   5 Star experience from the staff, mixologist and kitchen. Best Onion soup of my life, octopus was awesome and lamb was good but the shallots with risotto was awesome.

   The service, ambience and food were all exquisite. My wife and I were 15 minutes late and they were able to accommodate us. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly smiles and promptly seated. Our server was knowledgeable and down to earth. Speed of service relating to the food was adequate for the time of year (Valentines day weekend). Overall, we had a great time and will come back.

   The food was portioned for Michelin star chefs but the flavor was not up to par. They only had a prix fixe for Valentine’s Day that consisted of 5 courses. When the waiter dropped off each course they didn’t tell us what it was and the menu was gone. One course was supposed to be a “lobster crepe” but it tasted like canned tuna with eggs. The honey jalapeño cornbread was cold and lacked flavor. The shining star of the courses was the small short rib and frozen desert. But we still left unassisted and hungry. I understand that it was Valentine’s Day but it took about 20 minutes for them to take our drink orders after we were sat. And the waiter bought me the wrong drink. It was for another table and she then took that same drink to the table it was intended for instead of taking it back. In this season of flu and cold, I would think they would be a little more cautious. And to top it all off there was a 20% service charge.

   Food was amazing. Ambience was extremely thoughtful. We didn’t mind paying $250 as advertised, but would’ve appreciated notification prior to getting the ticket that they added a 20% surcharge to the price. Perhaps a simple ”20% surcharge not included” or similar near the menu price and advertisement would be enough. We would have paid with no concern. It’s just that $60+ surprises aren’t well received. There was also a period where it seemed they lost or forgot our ticket for one of the courses (1 of 5) and when it arrived it was tasty but my spouse’s serving had a topping on the salad which I didn’t and our orders were the same. Again, food was awesome, just wish our experience would’ve been flawless when you pay $340 for a meal for 2.

   Second visit to this restaurant as it close to the entertainment area in downtown. The service and food were outstanding, the only negative was the noise level. At times it was difficult to hear our server!

   This is our second time going to Montage and it has always been amazing. We went to celebrate our anniversary and we appreciate all the great quality of service which makes us feel special in celebrating our moment. Food was excellent from appetizer to dessert and even drinks. Our favorite is the half roasted chicken. We will for sure go back again.

    Went for Christmas Day brunch. Food was very good, fresh with a good variety. We would have preferred some bacon the line, but that's not easy on a buffet. I am not sure if the restaurant was a bit understaffed, as our waiter seemed to not give all their tables better attention.
