Food was good, service was OK, waitress only came back once, never checked to see if we needed anything like water, xtra sauce we had to flag someone down to help us. Other than that it was good.

Only had two servers working on a busy night. The two working did amazing but I highly recommend having more workers on a concert night at the Metra

We always enjoy Montana Jacks. We dine there occasionally during the year and the New Years Eve buffet has become a tradition for us.

Seated very quickly, but placed at a very small table in an awkward area, made it hard to converse. Buffet was not as good as it has been in the past, staff was kind but seemed to be in a rush.

Food (prime rib) was good and waitress was good. Disappointed they advertised halibut fish and chips, but were out.

Reservations for Easter Brunch meant nothing to this place. Our reservation was at 11:15. They were calling people back that "called ahead" for seating before us. It was an hour past our reservation time. We watched several people go in that arrived as late as 45 minutes after us.
