Our server Kate was amazing, she was never far away, but also not over bearing. We were there for a girls night and for quite a few hours and she didn't make us feel rushed at all. Thanks Kate!!

Do not order the brisket sandwich. It's the worst brisket sandwich I ever had. It was very dry, found something in the sandwich. That wasn't edible, have no idea what it was, it was nothing like the brisket. You showing your Montana commercials.

Good service. The server made sure we had everything we wanted and was available when appropriate. She was friendly and capable. She took particularly good care of the kidlets in our family. Food was varied. Some was great, some mediocre.

I have been there before. Food quality went downhill since the last time I was there. Also "shrinkflation" seems to be an issue .. portion size has definitely gotten smaller. This may only be a one time issue. But this was a bad experience.

Had to wait a long time for the wait staff to come and take our order. Did not come by to check on us and ask if we wanted any refills. Also, claimed we did not have a reservation, when we had one through the online portal.

We came to Montana's Bowmanville location for a Father's Day dinner. My father-in-law order the trio with ribs, my wife the Fajitas and myself the 12oz Striploin. My father-in-law was the only one to enjoy his food. My wife's was very plain she said (not much flavor to the chicken), cheese was very processed. My steak - even though I asked for well done 'Chicago' style, it came Medium Rare. By the time I got my replacement meal (I opted for the ribs now as they said it would be quicker to come), everyone was done eating (and my ribs were not 'fall off the bone'. Not happy what so ever - except for the server, she (Sandra) was great. Won't be eating there again.
