They somehow lost the open table reservation I had made weeks in advance for my 13 year old’s birthday. The hostess was very flustered and rude, questioning whether or not we had confirmed our reservation and then commented about how ‘lucky’ we were that she could find a table for us. Service was slow, food was okay but mains arrived at the table at different times. It took forever to get the bill and we never did get the leftovers we asked to be packaged up.

After a day on the Jasper Tram way, it was nice to get back and have supper at a place we knew to have good food. Really enjoyed the Pulled Pork Nachos tonight.

The server tried but the kitchen messed up most of the dishes. Whether wrong portion or ingredients. When it did arrive the food was cold. After sending it back took a long time for it to return and the rest of the table had already finished their meals. At the end of the meal the bill didn’t reflect the experience

Had a lovely and well cooked steak here. Loved the ambience and the friendly staff. It also has nice Views and it was rather fun to draw on the table with the crayons provided lol.Will eat here again
