We had an enjoyable meal New Years Eve. Steak was cooked just right. We have never been disappointed eating there. Excellent service.

Well, open table, you allowed me to book a reservation for a restaurant that wasn’t open on Christmas Eve. I don’t know if who is exactly responsible for that- the restaurant or the app.

Everything about the visit for my 60th birthday was great . The wait person we had "may" have been new ..... waited about 10 mins to order drinks and another 10 for drinks to be received ( again may not have been our servers fault ). After that service was decent and attentive. We were in no rush so the evening overall was great and we will be back

Been to Brantford recently and that was outstanding food but the service was not. Server Claire in Orangeville was lovely, just overrun with a section she didn't know she had. She still did an excellent job. The garlic bread pull apart was good, but for $10 should have had more of everything. Sadly the ribs were dry and I had to ask for more sauce on my extra sauce ribs. The corn bread and fries were sub par as well, and a bread was missing on a critical plate. Three of us had the same ribs, our fourth had a perfectly cooked steak. They were not the birthday boy and girl. We had no acknowledgment of our double birthday either. Bit disappointing. Kitchen needs to really get it together. We had quite the wait, they had time to get it done right. We didn't complain, long drive home for both of us.
