I haven't been to Montana's in years and now I know why... I went for the steak & lobster special and there was nothing special about it.. The lobster tail was literally 2 bites, yet the price did not justify the quality..

Server was clueless on timing, my steak was beyond well done and it took a long time to het the server back to reorder. Manager was not apologetic or concerned about our issues. We waited 25 minutes in our coats for a bill with no attempt to compensate us for the lack of food/service standards.

We had a very pleasant dining experience, our server Dip was very friendly and provided us with great customer service. The ribs were delicious, moist and portions were very filling and reasonable

Food was good. The worst service ever. The server vanished after taking the order. Had to find other servers to get refile and order dessert. He showed up again when it was time to pay.
