Our waiter wasn’t writing down our drink order and couldn’t remember it twice. My steak was so tough I only ate 1/2 of it. We were a group of 6 adults crammed into a booth

We went for Sunday dinner and had a great experience. The service from Shawn was exceptional - he was very attentive, kind, funny, and quick. The food came quick - the appies took less than 10 minutes and we got the antojitos and Ka-Pow Shrimp. Both were very tasty and a little spicy which was perfect. For mains, we had 2 surf & turf and 1 full rack of ribs. These were served promptly about 10 minutes after the appies arrived. The surf & turf was tasty, steaks were mainly done right - both were meant to be rare, but one was leaning to medium rare , but still had a good flavor. The ribs were huge and came with an abundance of side and were fall of the bone and saucy.

Food was cool and steak was undercooked. Servers had challenges keeping up with tables even though it wasn’t that busy and there were empty tables.

We went there for our daughter’s birthday. Told them three times it was her birthday. The food took over an hour to come and was cold. They put lobster into the macaroni and it wasn’t suppose to be. They never did come to sing happy birthday. It was disappointing since that is the restaurant she picked for her birthday. They did compensate for the late service and cold food .
