Service was good and food was good, but leaving a 1 star review as this restaurant reported me for being a "no show" despite me eating there at my reservation time. I take my punctuality seriously and I know Opentable does as well, so for Montanas to flag me as a no show is disgusting.Is this helpful?

Poor service and how do you overcook a hamburger to the point of shoe leather?. We were seated and ignored for almost 20 minutes and after 4 passes by waitstaff did someone final stop and take our order. Drinks still took another 15 min to hit the table. Food was another 30 mins, 2 of the 3 meals were enjoyed. However my almost $20 cheese burger was cold and dryer then the sandbox at the park. Took almost another 30 min to get the bill and leave. Service was terrible. I might excuse this if the place wasn't wasn't busy as it was after the lunch rush.Is this helpful?

My steak was so tough there were mouthfuls I couldn't eat and I ordered it medium it came to me rare. My baked potatoe came wrong, and I ordered the garlic compound butter for my steak which was frozen and wouldn't melt on my steak. Our service was fairly good except our waiter took the order wrong. We went to order dessert only to find out they were sold out of all but 2 desserts. Very disappointed, it was our first NYE out together and we've been together 18 years.Is this helpful?
