   IMO- The most recommended plate, the beef Wellington, was underwhelming and difficult to eat as it’s overly stacked/stuffed, and very spinach forward. Dessert was amazing, creme brûlée was perfection. The waygu and truffle fries were amazing. Service is subpar for what I expected from a fine restaurant.

   The food was excellent, even though there was an issue with our order, the manager came to see us and offered us dessert for the trouble, quick response and great service, will come again. The food was excellent. Good sized portions too.

   Where to begin. Called in advance to ask if they were doing New Years Brunch. The host went and checked and confirmed that they were serving brunch. Upon arrival.. NO BRUNCH! Standard lunch menu. Service was lousy, food was bland, front of the house could care less. There was a woman that was sitting next to us that was having such a bad experience that she was legitimately crying because everything was so screwed up. When leaving the manager didn’t even acknowledge us walking out the door. Place needs an overhaul from the staff to the kitchen

   I am so so so actually sorry to have to leave this review. I struggled about whether I should or not since I had such an exceptionally good time at my first experience with Mooo… at the Burlington location in May 2024. First I want to say that I have zero complaints about how friendly and professional the staff is across the board. No problems there. Today, I was dining alone, a Christmas present to myself for a less than eventful Christmas and New Year’s holiday. Something to pick my spirits up. Unfortunately… service was quite slow for what little I was ordering. The presentation of the lobster bisque was not consistent and less appealing than the way Seaport does it. I wasn’t sure whether or not to get my steak, medium rare or medium, and I asked the server his opinion, and he offered to have it put in as “medium, rare plus+”. Unfortunately, it came out cold in the middle and red rare. I allowed them to send it back and “re-cook” it but then it came back rubbery and for $76 I didn’t feel that was right for me to pay for. Manager offered to comp it and still box it up for me, to take home…but somehow there was some miscommunication and it actually was thrown out. Even getting my check to leave was delayed. All in all (and $20 for valet parking) my experience was extremely disappointing. They did comp my entire check and sent me home with some cookies and milk, but for an hour and a half of my dining time and an hour and a half of driving all I got was a roll, a bowl of soup and a glass of nonalcoholic champagne. Very disappointing overall holiday experience. I’m Sad.

   First time having lunch at Mooo since we typically like to dine here for dinner. Everything was great- the selection, the presentation, flavors all on point as usual. It’s extremely rare to have a disappointing meal at Mooo! The service was great, we never felt rushed, and truly enjoyed our time here.

   I ordered my steak "black and blue" and it was a bit over cooked to my liking. Since sending it back stresses out my husband I decided to keep it but was none the less disappointed in part because I had eaten half of it before the server even checked on us. Had he checked on us sooner I would have likely sent it back. I am always surprised when steak houses can't get steak doneness perfected.

   Truly a great meal and exceptional service for our Christmas dinner. Everything from the appetizers, to the lobster bisque, to the entrees and dessert was absolutely delicious. And special shout out to our server, Jeffrey Bagwell, who was fantastic and made our evening so special and fun!
