    I love Morton’s but this visit was a disappointment. The food was marginal, took over 25 minutes to get a glass of wine, the bill was incorrect as we were charged for an extra glass of wine. A glass of house wine was $30.00, this is Atlanta not New York. Lastly, it took 15 minutes to get the correct check. No need to come downtown for dinner when Buckhead and midtown have far more superior restaurants

    Our bill was overcharged by $400+. Lessson to learn here is that always check your bill before paying. I was with a group of customers and the check ended up to be $1,560+ before tips. I took a quick glance at the check and realized we were charged 8 main courses for a table of 7. We ordered 3 Wagyu fillet and was charged 6. To make a long story short, after all been rectified, the check came down to $1,100+. The waiter nor the management offered any apologies.

    Had a very disappointing experience at Mortons in Atlanta. Perhaps my expectations for food quality and service have been so influenced by the many times I've been to this location in the past - but last evening left a lot to be desired. The kitchen made two mistakes (over cooked two steaks we ordered), we sent them back only to have the replacement steaks both severely undercooked - rare (perhaps this was the way the cook wanted to tell us we didn't know what medium is). The real disappointment wasn't in the kitchen mistakes (that can happen, although it shouldn't at a steakhouse with Morton's reputation), it was how the manager responded to the situation - a lackluster apology, an attempt to explain that is how their restaurant prepares medium, and an explanation that his exec chef is out with an illness. I was with a party that had a similar incorrect cooking experience at a different great steakhouse in another city; the experience couldn't have been more different, all because of the manager's handling of the situation. To be balanced, we were a party of 8, and 6 of the meals were to Morton's standards - very good to excellent. There are several high quality steakhouse options in Atlanta; not sure Mortons can make me feel like their restaurant is the one to go to or recommend in the future.

    I feel like the food quality has changed, not bad, just not over the top great. I will go again, I just think there are better steak restaurants around metro Atlanta. Servers were good. I appreciate the parking validation.

    The Thanksgiving Special was horrible. Turkey was cold and uninspiring. Mashed potatoes out of the box. Green bean casserole was bad. Squash soup was decent. Tried the dry aged ribeye; tough and unsure of correct cut. Holiday staff rushed and poorly planned.
