   Forgot waitresses name but she was great. It was such a good experience. I took my girlfriend for her birthday. They even took a picture and framed it and gave it to her as a gift. I really appreciated that.

   No one greeted us at the door. Had to look for someone to seat us at the KOP site. Service was sporadic; Bread didn't come until asked. Entree meats served first, sides came after. Medium filet was served medium rare, and had to be returned - you'd think Mortons would have this down to a science after all these years. Drinks and wine charges were exorbitant. Only a few bottles of wine were under $100, and the up charge was ridiculous. Imagine $70 for a $16 bottle of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay, which is basic table wine. Disappointed during restaurant week. Best part of the dining experience was the nice booth we had. And the Wedge salad and dessert were delicious.

   The food was delicious. The drinks were good as well. Our waiter (John) was very attentive. My family and I felt welcomed by John. I’m going to recommend this location to all my family and friends.

   The restaurant, during king of Prussia restaurant week, were not prepared for the crowd. A three course meal for $50 was a real bargain. Our food took a long time to come (main course) and was warm not hot. I dealt with that and my wife needed to send hers back for reheating. The food was good when it was served at the correct temperature. Our waiter was attentive and apologetic, even though it was not his fault. We were treated very well and my request for a quiet table was honored with a booth on the side of the dining room. Mortons was my go to steak house, and now with deletions from the menu and the slow cooking, I will be looking for a new favorite.

    Food took way too long for us, ordered it at 7:15 and didn’t receive it till 8:30. Other guests were served before us even though they arrived after us.
