Moxies restaurant is a contemporary casual restaurant offering a globally inspired menu and hand crafted cocktails in a vibrant and interactive atmosphere. Moxies has over 50 locations across Canada and 6 US locations in Dallas, Houston, and Miami. Our Kanata location is located at 601 Earl Grey Drive at the Kanata Centrum Shopping Centre, just blocks from Kanata Golf & Country Club and the Canadian Tire Centre. Our Executive Chef Brandon Thordarson has created a menu offering a wide-array of steaks, burgers, pastas and seafood! No matter the occasion, whether it's a business luncheon, a dinner date or late night drinks with friends, Moxies offers something for everyone. I had a reservation for 5:30. We were six minutes late however I know that there is a 15 minute grace period. So when we arrived, our table was not ready or they gave it away. They were overbooked and we had to wait a bit. Was not impressed when we finally got seated. We were asked if we would be out by seven because they had another reservation and I explained to her that I had a reservation too, but they gave away my table.

Terribly over priced for poorly cooked food. Pasta undercooked, All four steaks undercooked. I feel the quality of the food suffered due to high volume. It was busy but that’s no excuse to send out sub par food.

AMAZING! the staff was great - our server was a young man super sweet kid and was overall a great server. the food didn’t take long at all and it was delicious. along with the $5 espresso martinis. i will definitely be back at moxies kanata next time i go out for dinner!
