Mr. B's is a classic Italian steakhouse featuring an array of prime cuts that are cooked to perfection in a custom 1100-degree wood-burning oven. The preparation gives the steaks a caramelized, buttery crust, creating a flavor and texture that makes for one of the best steaks you've ever had. In addition to steaks, the menu at Mr. B's offers fresh seafood and a wide variety of entrees, appetizers, and desserts.

I am sad to say that this is the worst experience that we have ever had at Mr. B's. We were celebrating my husbands birthday with a couple of family members. One of our waiters: Natalie looked like she was either new, or just didn't care to be there. She wasn't friendly, efficient or concerned about our experience. Perhaps it was an off night or perhaps this is not the job for her. Her "partner" waiter was no better. To be specific: 1. The drink order was not correct 2. My steak was very under cooked, my husbands steak was over cooked (not Natalie's fault). 3. She/partner didn't clear dirty plates between the appetizer/bread service before the dinner was served. We had to ask to have the used plates removed. 4. We were not asked how the meal was - ever. 5. There was a lack of overall "customer service. It seemed like the partner (male - didn't get his name) was the more "senior" server and yet, did not display experienced server qualities. Disappointing to say the least. We are good customers of Mr. B's (eat there multiple times per year, buy many gift cards for others, etc). I expect much better for this type of restaurant and the price. On the up side - the hostess was friendly and helpful!

Food was amazing, service was good when we interacted with the waitstaff, but there was a lot of waiting for everything. It took at least 30 min to get bread, another 20min for drinks, and longer for our food. The table that came before us got their food first. And I noticed the table in front of us complained about their waiter taking awhile. It wasn’t that busy either.

My wife and I went to Mr. B's to celebrate our birthdays. Very clean and roomy dining area. The food was delicious. We tried the bacon appetizer: a generous portion of thick, meaty, and smoky bacon with mildly sweet glaze which was a great way to start. She had the filet and I had the NY strip. Both were cooked medium rare, and had a nice crust with a buttery, herb finish that perfectly complemented the robust flavor of the beef. The potato and side of roasted carrots were great compliments to the meal. The staff was very friendly efficient and knowledgeable. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.
