   I went for brunch with my sisters, and everyone loved their food. They serve a complimentary salmon canapé if you order two specialty brunch items, and it was a hit. We shared the Bananas Foster French toast, and let me tell you—it was one of the most delicious brunch items ever! I’m serious about brunch, and although I’m not usually into sweets, this was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet like you might expect. I had the filet benedict, which came with huge filet medallions. The portion size was surprising. It was served on brioche or maybe sourdough—not sure, but it was amazing. It tasted like it could have been homemade. Instead of the typical hollandaise, it came with a silky, delicious bearnaise sauce that had just the right amount of tarragon. My eggs were initially hard poached, so I had to ask for a remake. The second time, the filet was medium instead of medium-rare, but I didn’t mind because it was still incredibly tasty. My sister, who ordered the avocado benedict, had an issue with her egg temperature as well, but she absolutely loved her dish. My other two sisters both got the breakfast skillet and mostly just made "mmmm" sounds while eating. Service was excellent, though the hashbrowns were a letdown—odd-tasting, like they’d been cooked in old oil, but no one really cared. The steak and egg temperature issues seemed like small mistakes, possibly just our table or a line cook who needs to work on timing. Despite those minor problems, we LOVED what we enjoyed. I highly recommend it!

   Best NE Clam Chowder I ever had , Very good clams, Argentine Burger, Onion Rings And selection of Draft Beers and wines. Service polite, helpful, and friendly.

   I have never been disappointed. I live locally, so going here for dinner is a choice, not a convenience because I am staying at the hotel. Mr. D’s salad is a holdover from The Desmond days and still one of my fav salads.

   Food was fair at best - ordered eggs Benedict the poached eggs were hard boiled, potatoes had little flavor, and service was SLOW and rude! I think I would pick somewhere even if it was free.

   Excellent service in a quiet comfortable setting. Food was prepared and plated with exceptional skill. Great choice of starters as well as entrées. Something for everyone. Would definitely recommend and will return again.

   We had fantastic professional wait service. The food and drinks and desserts were excellent. We were allowed to sit at the table and engage in conversation without feeling like they needed to rush us out. It was a perfect meeting place for 4 college friends who come from different areas of NYS to meet once a year. I highly recommended eating there and enjoying the quiet ambiance.

    Service was slow & understaffed. Arrived early for our reservation. Another couple was waiting & there was no room to sit, so we decided to have drinks at the bar. Reminded them twice at check in to please mark us here for Opentable reservation so we don’t get penalized. After being sat at table we waited quite a while for our order to be taken & even longer for food to arrive. Unfortunately only 1 waiter in our section & he seemed to be having an off night. Food was a bit bland & disappointing & again took a very long time to get our bill. This morning I received an email from Opentable that I was a no show! Very frustrated
