   My son's 23rd birthday , so we decided to go to out -go to' for good food. Always have good service. Making reservations was easy on line. My son and his wife loved the chicken burgers. I had the New York steak, traditional. Tasty. Staff even sang °Happy birthday ' to my son.

   Came in tonight for a date with my husband for our anniversary and was served by madi j. Food was amazing and service was great. She even gave us a dessert on the house! So sweet and very fast! Will be back.

   It was a nice quiet experience as we sat in tye lounge area and watched the hockey game while enjoying our great meal.

   Reservation system is pointless! Booked a table for a birthday - only to be told we can sit anywhere, seems redundant having to book! Overly loud restaurant - music playing on a playlist, plus live music (which was terrible) spoiled the atmosphere. Food - steak was good, cooked well but slight over medium, but that’s not the end of the world. Very small amount of veg - there’s scope to double that! Expensive for the small amount of food we got. Similar experience a few years back - seems like nothing has changed. Will be avoiding in future.

   We're sorry to hear about your disappointing experience, Stuart. When the restaurant has open tables on slower nights we do try to let our reservations pick where they will be most comfortable.    The food is mediocre , second time there and the food was not as bad as the first time. For the price you pay the value is not there. Last time I had a steak sandwich and it was awful, this time I had ribs, they were not much better, dry, but plastered with sauce on the outside.

    Always consistent service. I appreciate the level of knowledge from staff regarding products and promotions. It's always nice to see the manager. Assistant manager jumping in just helpless staff with flawless service.
