   Our food arrived well before our appetizer, which is not the end of the world except for the fact items were missing on our burgers. The waitress did mention that this same thing had happened the night before as well. Before we got our burger fixes the appetizer arrived and it was amazing however by then our burgers were cold.

   The new manager took our drink order within 5 minutes, very friendly and joking. Appreciated his humor. Our server was great, food was delicious, highly recommend the stir fry.

   Our steaks were burnt and well done even though we ordered them medium. And we waiting a long time for the food. We had hoped for a real steak experience but got dissapointed. The service was very good, however, and so was the chicken wings we got as a starter.

   Really good experience at the Vernon location. Bruschetta was one the best I've ever had. The gaucho style ribeye steak was cooked perfectly. All the family enjoyed their meals and drinks. Service was great and didn't have to wait around or ask for anything.

   Unfortunately we did not have the best experience at dinner the other night. Our waiter had told us that he had injured himself and to be patient with his service which we were totally fine with. He then disclosed that he had taken pills and was a little out of it. We ordered drinks prior to dinner and everyone’s came out except for one persons. We then had to ask 7 more times for that glass of wine. During this time he kept apologizing and brought out other drinks that we did not ask for and told us it would be on him. When we received our dinners, two of the dinners were incorrect but with how things had been going we didn’t bother to let our waiter know about the issue. When the bill finally came we were charged for the extra drinks that we did not request and items were added to the bill that should have been on a separate bill. I do feel bad for the waiter but he should not be at work when he was clearly under the influence.
