We, the Mumbai boys are introducing Mumbai Bites that will serve non-traditional Indian food from the streets of Mumbai to the streets of YYC.

Mumbai has always been so close to our hearts and it always makes us feel nostalgic when we think about all the amazing street food we grew up eating back home in India.

The idea of Mumbai Bites was discussed by 3 friends over a hot cup of cutting chai on a rainy day and eventually developed into a business we are today. We decided to take up this challenge of introducing some tantalizing flavors from the streets of Mumbai that will make everyone go Jhakaaas... (over the top feeling)

The food was phenomenal, but the wait was pretty lengthy. We waited 30-45 minutes for 2 dishes in a fairly empty restaurant. Would recommend eating here, but be prepared for a wait.

Amazing food! It was delicious and our waitress, Damini was great. She made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Indian food!

One of the best restaurants in town. I’ve travelled Europe and I couldn’t find a butter chicken as excellent as the one served here. All curries are creamy, full of flavour and the portions are so generous. If you’re not a big fan of spice but still like their food, come by still as they offer Mild / Medium / Hot in all of their curries. I went on a Saturday and our server Samir was so sweet and did such a good job, but also shoutout to everybody else! The boss Resham also came to our table to ask how we were doing, which was a very nice gesture, to take care of their customers like that. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!!
