   I spent my wife’s birthday at your Philadelphia location I am writing this while paying a bill when hair was cooked into my food I had the tall manager come over twice but still decided I still needed to pay I was polite and pulled him to the side to let him know that it was an extremely long piece of hair in my food it was cooked into it and the first response was are you sure well sir yes and my hair and the hair that was on my plate are different colors my hair is black the hair was blonde I could have made it a really big deal while your establishment was fully packed. The managers name is Tomas. I am extremely disappointed as a first time customer I will never return.

   great new spot ..the hot bar includes snow crab legs,crispy wings and tender ox tails which puts them in front of the competition

   Overall great experience the wait was pretty long even with a reservation i waited 40 minutes. (it was a friday keep in mind)Even when it came to getting desert and drinks it was a wait . But over all the food was great !

   We were seated at the back wall of the restaurant which isnt bad because I have sat on the other side where you have to walk to the buffet area. However the servers passed our tanle numerous times w/ restaurant wk options. We were in the midfle of 2 caucasian tables 1 of which had the restaurant wk card . They both were served frequently. We even moved our cards a couple of times. Our server was very accommodating & asked servers to come by our table. The manager (Asian woman) went to both tables bedide us & asked how was everything she never acknowledged us which is weird because it’s so close on that back wall she greeted both tables right & legt of us we were in the middle. Doesnt make since. Out of the 6 times I’ve been to Nabrasa JFK that was the worst time. There was a manager there ladt year I believe her name was Jennifer she was on point ! I’ve also been to the Horsham location which was very nice a little snaller but the service was great!

   Went for a Birthday celebration during restaurant week. Despite the restaurant being really crowded, it didn't feel that way. We could hear each other talk, the food was consistently refreshed allowing lines to move quickly, Rachel(our waitress), the Manager, and the meat servers came around often to make sure we were okay. This location offered food we didn't get at other locations. Most important, the food was tasty and fresh. We enjoyed our experience and will go back again.

   Had a wonderful dinner at Nabrasa. Food was delicious and service was top notch. Lots a great choices that were all truly delicious. Everything was excellent, less the cost. It’s great food with great service, but a bit overpriced in my opinion. As long as you are good with the cost, it’s a good experience and I recommend it.

   it was pretty good. The food was pretty good not out of this world but I thought the deal even for restaurant week was solid, not necessarily spectacular but very solid

    This was a great experience. Some of the meat was tough and could need a little more seasoning. Staff were great and helpful. Atmosphere was nice but tables opposite of the door was very cold.
