    Always a good experience…we sat in the bar area…so a little loud and busy…but still enjoyed the experience…staff are terrific!

    We had a wonderful experience. Our food and server Anthony was excellent! Drinks were also very good. We had holiday cocktails. Although I did have a red wine and it was served chilled which seemed odd to me. I still drank it and never said anything.

    Overall very good, very busy, and quality food. Service seemed to be too much, everyone coming over to check on the table too often out and felt very rushed. Gorgeous interior and lighting. Wish there was more privacy and spacing between tables, felt a bit cluttered. The sommelier was useless and gave no guidance or help. Loved that there is plenty of parking around the restaurant and close to the entrance.

    This was are first time at NapaPrime. The service was first class ! The food was also the best. The manager came by our table to make sure we were happy with our meal. We will return soon.

    Tables were spaced far apart which I really liked. I could not hear any conversations at the other tables. Also, our server Diana, was very pleasant and fun. She had very good conversational skills. The seafood tower we ordered was the best seafood my wife and I have ever had. Very memorable dinner for a milestone marriage anniversary dinner. Cost was probably more than most are willing to bear, but for me the value was really there. Highly recommend.

    This was our first trip to this gem in the North Hills. Considering the number of great restaurants in the city, it was a stretch to drive from Shadyside to try this spot. But absolutely worth it. The pork chop with a pomegranate sauce was outstanding and paired well with the side of Brussel sprouts. My wife loved the prime rib and our guest who celebrated her 91st birthday ate every bite of her petite filet. Great spot for a special occasion. Napa Prime is well staffed and the service was A+.
