   Great restaurant we have been to all the Napoli locations several times. It's just too loud, we couldn't hardly hear each other talk, could use some soft noise damping devices.

   This was our first visit to Napoli Kirkwood. We are regular diners at Cafe Napoli and Napoli 2. The food and service were excellent! The decor is beautiful! Our table for 4 adjacent to the bar and next to the windows was extremely noisy. The acoustics are such that having conversation without shouting was next to impossible! We hope that the restaurant can negotiate more parking. Finding a parking space is quite the challenge.

   The noise level is a big issue! I know they tried to improve it but it’s still very loud even in the back of the room. The food and service were a 10!

   Quickly seated at reserved time. Service prompt and attentive. Very good selection of appetizers, entrees and drinks. Very well prepared veal Marsala. Enjoyable atmosphere. Will return.

   Everything was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was great.The only thing I noticed was that it was quite noisy.

   I've eaten at Napoli Clayton and st Charles. I've been to Napoli twice now and it's been exceptional both times. Our waiter, Michael actually remembered my husband and I from last time we were there. That's pretty impressive. He was very helpful in helping us pick our food and was just a delightful person. We will definitely be back and will ask for him again. By the way, I was a bit skeptical but he told me the liver and onions were really good and he was right! Fabulous

   This was our third time dining at Napoli Kirkwood. The first time was a wonderful experience so we decided to go back. The second time was a late dinner reservation and when we arrived, we were told our table wouldn’t be ready for over an hour so we canceled and went somewhere else. Our third visit was once again wonderful. The quality of the food, the level of service and overall dining experience is truly something special. We will be back again and again. The only thing that will keep us from going more often is the price. It’s above average in cost, but based on the experience, it’s worth it!

    My husband Mark and I had a great evening at Napoli Kirkwood on February 22, 2025. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by the hostess and Qeuntin, the manager. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. Quentin sent 2 glasses of champagne to the table to start off the evening, which was quite unexpected but so kind! He made our night even more special. Our server Daniel was excellent! He was attentive and friendly. The food was just perfect (as always). I noticed that Quentin was very visible and helpful to all of the staff. He visited each table and welcomed all of his guests personally. Those at the tables near us were saying how much they appreciated this. We all agreed that we were having a great experience there. We will definitely be back soon.
