   Great place for a date night. Did not eat on the patio, but it looks really nice out there. The service was almost too good - at one point I jokingly asked if they wanted us to get up and leave. As soon as the last bite was in our mouths, the servers were there to take the plates away. Had never experienced anything like that. ha - They definitely don't want empty plates sitting on tables. Water glasses were always kept full.

   Everything was was great. Besides the food, the customer service is beyond excellent. We were there in the middle of the storm. They showed concern for our safety protected us. Kept us inside during the peak. And we’re on top of all the water and issues. A job well done. Alise took great care of us and our special needs for food. She was personable and attentive.. When we went to the bar Shawn and Jaymes took great care of us.

   Our waiter, Michael I believe was his name, was professional and so helpful. Everything was wonderful and my friend who I was treating for her birthday loved her experience. Great service, great food. Thank you!

   Overall our first experience at Napoli Kirkwood was excellent. The food was cooked perfectly, the portions generous, the ambience was intimate and the service (Gabe) was spot on. We were hoping for delicious, well prepared Italian food and we got it!
