   As usual, amazing food, service and atmosphere. We love the use of seasonal ingredients especially for salads.

   A go-to restaurant for us. Pizza toppings are creative, using seasonal ingredients. Oven firing makes the crust perfect. The appetizers and gelato rotate so even on return visits there’s always something new to appeal. The Italian wines seem to be carefully chosen and are at a great price point. Service is smiling and enthusiastic. All in all one of our local favorites.

   The restaurant website is well aware that parking is difficult and should post info about public parking lots. Not knowing where to park, we were late to our reservation, so was our guest for the same reason. When we arrived, we were immediately told that our table had another party arriving at 7PM, so we'd have to be quick. We understood and were eager to comply but no waitstaff came to take our order for more than 20 minutes. No one brought water to our table or came by to even ask if we'd been helped. I flagged down one person and she had to get our waiter. He was nonplussed about the delay and mentioned there was a technical glitch. If that's the case, then the restaurant needs to send another waiter to take our order. If they delay in hospitality and food service, and there's a rush for the next seating at the same table, they need to realize that their 20 minutes delay means the next seating should be delayed. We were happy to finish in time due to our delay. But their added disregard in service forced us to rush. Regarding ambiance, the outdoor seating is cramped and has metal chairs without cushions that are very uncomfortable. The food was good but service and hospitality very lacking. Pizza and gelato were good. The chili oil lacked flavor.

   Great service and food at Napoli. The burrata appetizer with incredible bread was a standout as was the Apricot pizza. Would definitely recommend.

   It's one of my go-to places because everything is delicious, it's family-owned, and the young servers are superb. And service is quick. It's not easy on the wallet, but what is these days. it certainly falls in the realm of "you get what you pay for," and you get a lot of deliciousness!

   We hadn’t been to Napoli in years until last night. They have really upped their game. Food was great with many more choices and the new patio area was nice. We will definitely be back often.

   Delicious. We love half off wine Wednesdays at Napoli. The house salad is wonderful and the Margherita pizza with extra cheese is out of this world. Napoli makes the best pizza in Chapel Hill, NC.
