While they may not have a view of the falls, with food like that, they don’t need it! Absolutely incredible. We debated eating at the hotel Italian restaurant but the reviews here made us venture out. So fresh. So unique. Truly authentic. The ravioli in blanco was incredible. The cheesecake was like nothing we’ve ever had. Great wine selection, attentive servers. Order the espresso martini, it’s one of a kind!

Simply fantastic Italian food - fresh made pasta, delicious focaccia and other appetizers (there was a burrata and fried zucchini special the night we were there - amazing), excellent service. Instead of going to one of the cheesetastic, overpriced restaurants nearer the Falls, walk or ride for a few more minutes and go to Napoli instead. It will be worth it.

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Napoli in Niagara Falls this evening. I was there with my husband, our two young kids, and my parents. Three of us ordered pasta dishes and not one of us could eat them — the pasta was dense, chewy, and lacked any real flavor. We dine at Italian restaurants frequently in Toronto and know what to expect from quality Italian cuisine. This wasn’t it. The waiter asked how the food was and my husband immediately said he didn’t like it. The waiter walked away without even acknowledging my husbands comments as if what he asked was rhetorical. When he came back we voiced our concerns, the waiter completely dismissed us. He claimed no one ever complains because they make the pasta in-house — as if that excused the poor quality. I asked him to meet us halfway: offer a replacement, a discount, anything to make the situation right. He flat-out refused. His exact words were basically: too bad, that’s how it is. Do not go!

Burrata and Prosciutto pizza was divine! Perfect crust, light and delicious. Spinach ravioli with lemon was also fantastic. Light, but filling. Outside you wouldn’t know inside is beautifully decorated and service was spot on.

First time there for a family celebration. Everything was outstanding from the service, appetizers, mains, wine. The homemade pasta is not to be missed. Highly recommended.

Napoli is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Been coming here for 13 years and will never get old. Service is always top tier and food unlike any I have ever had. The best.
