Located in Dallas’ newly-minted East Quarter neighborhood,
National Anthem will feature a variety of riffs on classic new
American. The space yearns for food that touches vintage but with a modern approach. You can
expect elements of both coasts with a straight-forward Texas sensitivity, hopefully capturing the
vibes of a big-city, downtown dining room.

National Anthem is housed within the Magnolia Oil building located at the intersection of Commerce
Street, Jackson Street, and Cesar Chavez Boulevard. The building was originally built in 1920 by the
Magnolia Petroleum Company, later renamed Mobil Oil.

Fun Facts:
• The triangular architechture of the building is known as a “flatiron” design.
• The angles of the trianglular shape of Town Hearth and the Magnolia Oil Building are within 2
degrees of one another.
• From the rooftop patio, customers will have clean sight lines of Downtown, Uptown, Deep Ellum,
and the Farmer’s Market.

    We had a good time but were in a rush to make a basketball game. We made that clear at the beginning and the service was terribly slow. At the end we waited 20 minutes after we gave our credit card to check out. Our card was used to pay for another table's bill and we were in a rush to leave.

    Love the steak frites and voodoo sauce! All the food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Great drinks and wine as well. Big fan!

    Came in for lunch, I live near by but have never dined and decided to take my friend out for a quick lunch while they visited. Overall the food was amazing and the drinks were great too. Nice portion sizes and attentive staff. The crab cake melt and chili we’re stand outs, being from Miami and having authentic ceviche was a bit disappointed in their rendition of the dish but I’m in Texas so I didn’t expect much 😅. Overall would highly recommend stopping bye for a bite, I will definitely be back.

    Food was good but not a huge menu. Waiter was efficient but seemed to rush us. We wished it had been more packed. Drinks were small. Still worth trying if you have not been. Casual.

    Excellent food, cocktails, and service. Our server, David, took into consideration food allergies, including checking with chef and that was much appreciated.
