The food, service and entertainment was excellent. We were attending a music entertainment event and the place was packed. Regardless, the quality of the food and the service was maintained to be outstanding. I have been here many times and the food and service are consistently good. I will return.

Out table assigned this time not great as side of the stage so could only see part of the band playing We know how busy the bar gets while the band is playing but they never seem to have enough staff or bartenders wait time for service getting your drinks and food and paying bill always too long Dint know how you can improve other than more staff when bands are playing

We made are reservation and when we were seated, they had only one chair for us. They never brought another chair so one of us had to stand the entire time we were there! After waiting for a server for 15 minutes, we went to the bar to get a drink. Finally flagged down a server after waiting another 20 minutes. Ordered our food and one of our orders was wrong. We really thought that maybe we were on some sort of ‘candid camera’ as it just kept getting worse as time went on. We felt completely invisible and never heard by the staff during our entire time there. The entertainment was fabulous, however, because of our experience, we’ll never go back to the Nauti Parrot Oasis.

Our waiter was fairly new at the job but no one would have known because Jackson was wonderful. Betty is always at her best and Ron was our bartender with personality plus. All are keepers. Management provides the best of care and service. Food, drink, entertainment and service always hits the mark, that is why we look to Nasuti Parrot Oasis as our go to for fun and socialization. Thank you!
