Our long-time love of Piedmont and the wines of, are the inspiration for the food and vibe. Simple, rustic NW Italianesque dishes, out of the wood fired oven anchor the menu. A funky negroni or a magnum of Produttori Barbaresco and all the food make for a fun night Neb.

Friendly service as usual in Tom Douglas restaurants. No atmosphere- just revamped Serious Pie space. Had spaghetti and meatballs and black cod. Meatballs were not very flavorful and overly salty. Black cod had soggy skin but sauce was nice. Tiramisu uninspired. Overall unimpressed.

Amazing pasta! But, I hope the uni pasta had salmon row option. Our ordered board appetizer was not come as first.

My partner and I had a great time. The dishes were delicious, and the service was excellent. No real complaints, aside from our bottle of Brunello being served way too chilled and taking a long time to open up. We will be back soon.

The Negroni flight was fantastic. The black cod was suitable for a (pretty healthy tasting) entree, since it was followed by plenty of appetizers (such as the focaccia and bruschetta, every bit as good as advertised). The tiramisu was also delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. Not necessarily the ultimate “authentic” Italian dining experience (esp in terms of menu layout, order of plates, etc) but still a very enjoyable dinner and experience.

Servers are pleasant, welcoming and knowledgeable, but they are still getting up to speed, e.g., upside down pacing, e.g,, bottle of Neb and appetizers delivered to table AFTER our entrées. The place was ad bit crowded and a bit noisy. The food was quite good, but the menu is short, the wine list is 5 times as long, and because of the short menu we probably won't go back any time soon, but we will go back.

We read a good review and have been to all of Tom Douglas’ places over many decades. This was a huge disappointment. Despite a reservation on a week night service was absolutely awful. 30 minutes to even get water or drink of any kind. We watched our first course sit under the food lamps for 20 minutes before our server brought the food. We will NOT be going back- ridiculous to spend $300+ for this.

Great food with a creative approach!! We had the focaccia with grated pecorino, the charred napa cabbage, and spaghetti with beef and pork meatballs. Everything was delicious!! The atmosphere is intimate with beautiful lighting and the staff are friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Neb!!
