The quality and variety of food is excellent. Unfortunately they only give you a very strict 2 hours in the table which feels very rushed. Needs to be 2.5 hours, especially as a group.

Excellent service, good was great with a good choice. Lobsters didn’t have much taste today but that could have been a one off. Great choice of starters, price of drinks was good considering it was a 5* hotel in the city. Overall would highly recommend.

Extremely overprices poor quality ingredients. E.g. gravy was just premade granules. We were just plonked on our seat and not told anything about the food. It took 5-10 minutes before anyone came over to help.

It was a very enjoyable dinner in a stunning location. I used to work in the building when it was a bank so I have very special memories of it in its previous life. It is great to see it being used in such a great way.

Impressive setting with quality live entertainment. Good choice of food and very tasty. However it wasn't explained to us that we could have had the lobster warm and even chopped up (we only found this out after coming home and speaking to our daughter!). Also, the waiter didn't give us the implement to pick out the lobster meat until after we had finished.

Booked The Ned for a celebration for four friends whose birthday's fall in the same week. Having heard about the lobster and free flowing champagne buffet via Instagram, we were not expecting such an extensive selection of seafood and Sunday roast options. The quality and quantity of food and champagne we consumed during the 2 hour period left us feeling extremely content, it was in fact the best birthday lunch ever! The live music made the afternoon a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we plan to make this a birthday tradition, but will be back for more over the Christmas period.
