   We arrived for our 7:30 reservation and were told that they were not taking anymore people because they ran out of food. To be fair, they suggested we not go in and be disappointed and offered us a $25 food voucher to eat elsewhere. However, it was so packed in the food court and we were so hungry that we just wanted to eat so, we went in. They gave us a 20% discount. The food was, of course, terrible. There were so few options, no seafood (even prior to running out of food). No gravy for meatloaf, very dry, tasteless food. It was honestly, nursing home food, at best. We gave up after two plates and ordered a pizza later on. But what I don’t understand is every single table was dirty and there were Staff all over just standing around. We ate at a dirty table, had to go searching for silverware and drinks. I was so excited when we made the reservation because this has always been one of our favorite buffets and we thought they had brought back the original buffet. I suggest better planning next time (You obviously knew you were running out of food, why didn’t you call to let us know to make reservations elsewhere)? And be more transparent about your menu before offering the buffet because if I saw the menu prior, I never would have made the reservation.

   I was excited the buffet was open but what a disappointment . No servers and a very limited selection of food. I should’ve gone to the sociale next door for the $20 prime rib which is delicious. This was $45 for ham and meatloaf. Won’t make this mistake again.

   Food was good but the number of choices was inadequate for the price charged. The New Year’s Event at this venue was excellent.

   Very disappointed! Was supposed to be for my husband‘s birthday dinner. Booked a room, especially for the occasion. Normally, we would be here Sunday Monday. Host by the entrance of the buffet very almost rude, send us to a table no table cover no napkins no dinner plates available no silverware just knives, no coffee. For the price we paid food was very disappointing ham and dried out meatloaf.! Needless to say, spoiled our birthday dinner. Would not recommend it to anybody nor do it again😥

   The food itself was very good - what there was of it. Very disappointed in the variety offered. In the past there was an abundance of choices but this time not so much. We were seated at 6:00 pm and a lot of the items needed to be replenished. Also the people working the buffet seemed to be confused as to what to do. There were no silverware or napkins. And once we asked someone, it took a very long time for more to be put out. Seemed liked it was not very well organized. As for the food, it was excellent as usual. Who knew I would like shrimp and grits! The price was on par with other buffets but the we didn't feel it was worth the price.

   By far the WORST buffet we have ever had. Food was awful. Only half of the buffet had food . We went since it was a special event that it was open.... failure...

   Knowing that the buffet was probably very understaffed I have to give kudos to the employees that were bussing the tables - they were working very hard. The food left a lot to be desired. The salad bar had one dressing option, one! Half of the kitchen was unused and dark - it would have made more sense to offer the same items on each side of the kitchen. They had rolls placed alone in one area and then the last thing was the fried green tomatoes, again placed alone and not noticeable. The food was warm at best, and many dishes were dried out. It was not worth the price. We were hesitant given other reviews, but were going to be at the casino so we opted to try it. We won't be visiting again.

   Poor food choices for the $45 with exception of Desserts which were excellent. Drinks were self serve and I saw no coffee or tea. No shrimp that was advertied.

   I enjoyed being back at the buffet since its closure due to the pandemic. A bit disappointed in the selection of food. Although the presentation was nice and food was tasty I thought there would be a larger selection. Many of the stations were empty. There was a nice salad bar but disappointed there was no shrimp or other seafood. A limited selection of hot items. A large selection of desserts. I felt it was very pricey for what was offered.
