   Never disappoints; probably our 8th visit over many years. Best sushi I’ve ever had, including many trips to Japan. After giving our waiter a short list of things we don’t like, we let him curate the meal omakase style which I highly recommend. Combination of layered flavors and textures is a real treat.

   We decided to try Nick San for the third time. The first time we had a surly waiter who was indifferent to us and didn't care. Last year we had the same surly waiter, but he decided to be a bit more friendly. Visit #3 - back to the original surly guy. He was laughing and joking with the table behind us, but tried to overcharge the table on the other side. Sushi was pretty good, but not worth the cost and rudeness of the staff. No need to ever go back and would recommend people find somewhere else to go. Overrated.

   Delicious food and wonderful service. Very convenient location for wandering around Cabo San Lucas. Would recommend for sushi during a visit here.

   The sushi was absolutely amazing but we sat with empty drinks and no one checking on us for over half an hour. The menu doesn’t have any details of what is in each roll, the server has to explain it all which isn’t ideal.

   Nick-San always delivers the best sushi experience. Bluefin tuna and local yellowtail sushi was fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding and Michelin level. They really made my birthday dinning experience memorable.

    Probably the best meal we’ve ever had. We sat at the sushi bar and the chef Daniel took amazing care of us. Every single thing we took a bite of was amazing!!! Couldn’t recommend this restaurant more.
