   Our host and waiter were excellent and the food was exceptional and it will be a must return stop when we vacation in Cancun!!! Great, unique Lasagna!

   Lasagna was cold. Cacio de Pepe was below average. Aperol Spritz had no spritz…totally flat. The eggplant Parmesan was a skillet of cheese and no eggplant. May have been a slice of zucchini in it. Arancini starter was good. Service is also good and so is ambiance, but food has a long way to go. Manager did make our situation right.

   Food taste was great. Entree was not warm enough(table side fettuccine). Noise level in room was too much for our taste. Service was excellent.

   The food was amazing. The staff is friendly. The wagyu ribeye melted our your mouths and table side linguine was made to perfection.

   Everything was great. Our server great. My only suggestion is put more meat in the bolognese sauce with the gnocchi. Not the best I have had. Everything else was wonderful.

    What a beautiful restaurant. The interior feels very Italian. The menu has a huge selection and the service was great. I highly recommend the fettuccine Alfredo. Prepared tableside with Homemade pasta noodles tossed in a Parmesan wheel. I had them add grilled shrimp to the pasta. It was delicious. My wife had the seabass. It was quite delicious as well. Our dessert was th perfect finish to a great meal. The staff was so friendly and the manager made a point to visit every table. Not sure when I will be back in Cancun but Nicolleta’s is a must!!! Thank you for a fantastic evening!!’
